From the age of 14, China worked as a peer mentor in her elementary school and helped to implement vital programs and projects to help students become productive in school and the community. 

 

China has worked in pharmacy's and research laboratories where she received her certification as a Pharmacy Technician and student of Animal Husbandry.

 

Although China has a strong love for animals her interests refocused on peer mentoring as she became personal assistant for Andrea Raquel, co-founder of Better Me, Inc.  China worked as an intern with Andrea until they both decided that it was time to start a company where they could train others on the basic standards of self reflection, taking ownership in your workplace, customer service, social responsibility, and avoiding scams.  These are just a few of the current challenges addressed by the company.
